Napping is lovely!

Hi flowers 🌸 today, I wanted to take time to write about something I’ve been doing recently that has literally changed my life!
That something is napping! Yay! I love to nap! The ideal time to nap is somewhere between 1-3 pm because it’s like mid afternoon and napping during this time has seemed to be very beneficial 😴

Napping during the day can

-regulate your heartbeat

-refocus your energy

-get your creative juices flowing

-give your brain a rest

AND MUCH MORE! πŸ€—

So, gotta go take a nap now πŸ™‚
